It is a state of relaxation that the average person reaches at least a couple of times a day, once just before falling asleep, and again just before waking. Hypnosis is a state of mind that you enter willingly and are completely relaxed in.
About me.
Heather is a Board Certified Hypnotherapist. She is the Director of Elemental Balance Hypnosis located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. For over fifteen years, and as an Aromatologist and Iridologist, Heather has helped people heal from physical traumas and enabled them to de-stress and attain a pain-free state. Heather is currently working towards her Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling through the School of Natural Health Sciences in London, England.
Heather can work with anyone in just about anything because she gets to the root cause of the problem rather than just putting a band-aid on the symptoms. This way the symptoms will not return later in life nor will they be replaced with something else.

Appointments may be booked one week ahead of time, but some emergency appointments can be booked immediately.
